Women Empowering Professional Advancement is a socially responsible, for-profit organization dedicated to promoting and empowering achievement for Latinas and their communities.

Who are we and what do we do?
W.E.P.A., Women Empowering Professional Advancement, is a new and innovative business, modeled to be a for-profit and socially responsible company.  It is owned and managed by three Latina women.

W.E.P.A. seeks to become a brand that consumers relate with socially responsible products or services. Profits from products or services created, produced, promoted or branded by W.E.P.A. go to benefit Latinas and their communities.

What products/services will W.E.P.A. Provide?
Initially, W.E.P.A. will create and sell a limited apparel line promoting our 7 Dreams.  W.E.P.A. is looking to collaborate with existing organizations and companies looking to create, produce and promote products and services that support the 7 Dreams, the advancement and achievement of Latinas and their communities.

Who are you trying to reach?
Target audience of consumers: Latinas and their communities seeking to be socially responsible and socially conscious consumers, giving back to and empowering their communities by choosing W.E.P.A. – branded products and services.  Target audience of partners: Companies seeking to create products or services that benefit Latinas and their communities and/or provide benefits to them by making any of the 7 Dreams come true.

How does your branding work?
W.E.P.A. is both proactively seeking and warmly welcoming product and service proposals from companies and individuals seeking to create, promote, or sell a product or service with the goal of re-investing the profits from the product or service towards realizing any of the 7 dreams.

What does W.E.P.A. do to pick the products/services it brands?
W.E.P.A. strives to research and review all of its partners and potential partnerships to ensure maximum profit and benefit for all parties.  The more we make, the more we have to give back!
